The PaleoDiet doesn't contain any raw meat recipes and specifically
warns against eating raw fish. I ate raw meat once, and had severe
diarrhea for three days afterwards, (but I'll admit that I kept it for
well a few weeks in an acidic solution in the fridge before eating it).
Eating raw eggs can be risky. There doesn't seem to be a need to eat
raw animal products in any case, other than milk, if you consume that.
It's certainly less appealing to most people. Please don't think that
paleo means raw animal.
