This makes me think of something. I am thoroughly convinced that MANY
people are gluten intolerant and don't even know it, perhaps to the point
of being a majority of the population. I would be very interested to know
exactly WHAT people ate when they cheated and had these symptoms. I think
that a big part of why so many people feel so much better eating paleo is
because they are removing gluten from their diets.

For instance, anyone ever cheat and eat a piece of cheese and get these
symptoms? I'm guessing not too many. But I'll bet hot dogs make most of
us very sick these days. Why? Read the ingredients. They're half grain,
some of them.

Opinions?

out of curiosity, doesn't 'cheating' make you feel sick? I mean
like physically sick. if I eat something non-paleo, I get [choose one or
more of the following]:
nausea, headache, bloating/stomach cramps, weight gain from water
retention,
face break-outs, a fast heartbeat (Binnie - this happened after I ate some
of that marinated chicken from Giant Eagle, tachycardia all afternoon- so
watch it!).
