This seems fine to me.

Do the eggs list the quantity of Omega-3 fatty acids?   That is the one aspect
you would need to figure out.

This "value added" thing is a big marketing hype these days, where various
herbs and vitamins are "added" to things like drinks and bars - even though you
can automatically tell that the actual quantities are minute, since the drinks
in question can cost less than one capsule of the herb or antioxidant...

SO, make sure that the eggs actually contain a significant quantity of Omega-3.
