As I pointed out previously, same can be said of fruits and/or nuts. I
believe I have read more complaints on this list regarding these two paleo
food groups than any other.

Humans ate, and still eat, contents of animal stomaches/intestines. Whether
we like it or not. How, pray tell, would they know a stomache filled with
fermented milk would be worse for them than one without?

I started this thread because of that. Intellectual honesty requires no
broad based or all-inclusive assumptions. (Never generalize :)
