Yes, but for a non paleo, modern man, correct form means less chance of injury, which I'm all for. I incorporate plenty of random into my routine, but I'm not going to push the envelope,  with heavy weights and take myself out of the game entirely.

Weights, jump squats, sprints, long walks, get it done for me.
Oh yea, and I stretch too, which paleo man wouldn't do, but I still want to be able to bend over and tie my shoe when I'm 80.
