The author is so prejudiced that I can't help liking his stuff, so easy 
to pick holes in it.
For instance he calls Immanuel Velikovsky and Nicola Tesla 
pseudoscientists, and writes "If there are no germs, why would hand 
washing matter?" as if he had never heard the word "poison".
