I think it taste better with a more beef flavor to it but there are some
people who don't notice the difference.

FYI 100 % grass fed beef cooks MUCH faster than corn fed.  Turn down your
heat at least two setting
And even then it will still cook faster than you are used meat taking.  If
it has been frozen make sure it is thawed all the way or you will over cook
it trying to get the center warm.
