Thank you, Sharon, that was exactly my point. Just as there are lots of ways
to skin a mammoth, (<G>) there are lots of ways to replace the "H" in HRT.
Perhaps I used the term too loosely. Hormones can be replaced naturally also,
although I suppose in the technical sense it would not then be called HRT.
Sometimes it is necessary to turn to more allopathic treatments if
alternative methods prove unsatisfactory.
