Amadeus,    About 1970 that was a craze with kids eating
chocolate covered grasshoppers and ants here in the affluent
USA.  I  tried them.  The and are overwhelmed by the
chocolate,  The grasshoppers wing get stuck in between the
teeth!

My friend tells about seeing immigrant children in
California ( in 1999)   fighting  over which one got a
grasshopper.  (to eat)
