That's a tough one. I still make chili occasionally but I don't us a recipe. Cook up the ground beef, don't drain the fat. Throw a few tomatoes in the food processors along with some cayennes, and about every spice in the cabinet + 2 tbs chili powder, no salt. Chop some onion and bellpepper. Mix it up and simmer for a couple hours. Taste it and add anything it may need. Next time I make some I will write down what I put in it.

Hi Bill,

How did you make the chili? :)

Thanks, Elizabeth

Fruits are high in sugar. Try stopping fruit eating. Maybe substitute
nuts. My favorites are filberts. Give that a few days and see what
happens. When I first went paleo (according to Audette) I was loosing 1.5#
per day. I went from 218 to 180 in 5 weeks. I did not eat fruit. Eggs,
Bacon, Chili, and nuts. I did eat raisins every now and then. That was
about it. But everyone is different, it might not work for you.
