Raw and sprouted would be the safest, n'est pas? My lips fall apart when I
eat them heated.
speaking of hydrogenated.... I found some 'hydrogenated chicken powder'
(not for me). It is an Oriental cold remedy in a can.
Would this be particularly harmful too?
