Yeppers, Its gotten to the point where one more reason not to join the
military should I get this and in shape if the difficulties in doing
paleo eating.
I don't think a true ketogenic diet is good in the long run.

Ketogenic or non keto paleo for the short run
Non keto paleo for the long run

are my plans.

And don't forget in the Long run we are all dead so I guess that would
qualify for rest of my life ;)
