This seems to have been my previous experience with ketosis,
eating mainly meat and vegetables. My appetite was enormous and
I lost little or no fat this way. It is the one thing I notice
that is different in my current experiment. For some reason, the
Anchell foods help to control my appetite, even in small
portions. Previously, I would have a substantial portion of meat
and a salad, with a bit of olive oil. Upon finishing that I
would have a keen desire for more meat, and maybe more again.
Now I have that same portion of meat, then the scoop of
blueberries or whatever, and I'm done. I don't know why. I am
permitted, on this diet, to have more meat, but for some reason I
generally don't want any more. Maybe it's psychological.

Incidentally, after 4 weeks of this I am down about 18 lbs. and
beginning to see some muscle definition. There's still some
abdominal fat, but not much.
