Hi Bren;
Is there a source for natural progesterones that don't have added nasty
chemicals?
I'm thinking foods.

William

  You know, I don't have the answer to that!! I DO know there are recommended foods for "support", but I am not aware of anything that actually replaces the creams, although that does not mean there isn't. I'm a bit lazy and just use the cream to be sure I'm getting what I need. There are some good products out there with limited to no chemicals in them...you just need to shop around a bit. And if you come up with a good food source, let me know!! I think I'll put that on my list for more intense research!!

  Love,
  Bren
