Maybe I am eating too much fat then. Our diets are basically the same 
except for that. I can't eat flax oil because it gives me cracks at 
the sides of my mouth. Seeds and some nuts are problematic...
Speaking of oils, I found some cod liver in its own oil today. 
Product of Iceland. It's cooked of course but I think it might be 
nice anyway...

Do you eat pemmican? My pemmican has the mouth feel of milk 
chocolate. Have you tried cracklins?

This fat has the mouth feel of crackers with butter on top. You might 
like fat that way. But then maybe you will get bunions again too?
Raw deer fat and bear fat is very nice and bear fat used to be used 
instead of butter. It is better than butter!
