So isn't anyone going to tell us to dismiss this study because it
was paid for by the National Cattle Breeder's Association and
Kraft?

Seriously, this is a pretty good study, and it is consistent with
Charlotte Young's findings in 1971.  It's too bad they didn't
include a 20% carb group; Young's research indicates they would
have found an even greater fat loss and less muscle loss.
