I'm just wondering if anyone has the DEFINITIVE story on the Masai people of
Africa (nomadic herders). I have read that they ate lots of dairy and were
free of heart disease, atherosclerosis etc. On the other hand I have also
read that the masai did have blocked (50%) arteries but because of their
long walking they had minimised the effect (large aortas?). It has been a
long time since I read this so I may have the details wrong. Can anyone
enlighten me as to the true story?
