If I haven't misunderstood something in the article, it says that there's a
substance in the egg called lecithin that inhibits the absorption of egg
cholesterol. (I don't care. I'm not afraid of cholesterol when it's
undenatured.) But, what about cholesterol peroxides? They are chemically
different. Who say
s that their absorption will be inhibited by lecithin as
well.
