I've been on it since last spring. The only times I've cheated is when
I've gone to celiac conferences and I've eaten GF baked goods.

I attribute my improved eyesight to my diet. It now is 1 1/4 diopter
better in each eye. I figure in another three years I'll have normal
eyesight with no glasses.

I had my cholesterol taken last week. I should be getting the results
shortly.
