Well, that ain't me. But I have read that trichana has been pretty much
eliminated from domestic US pork. Also, extended freezing destroys it. If I
ate raw, I would probably not hesitate to eat raw pork. Supposedly not a
case of trichinosis has been seen in some 40 years. But I am not an expert
