GREAT  POST;

How true-- It is the persons who take a vital interest in
their own well being who survive the longest! This writer
may never discover what causes these subjects ( US, You and
Me) to live longer and enjoy those extra years, but I
presume most of you don't care to get so deeply involved in
the convolutions of the presently totally confused
scientists (?) who attempt to understand nutrition in terms
that they can not rally explain as they don't understand
what is going on.

WE are co-incidentally the very ones who take excess
Vitamins. Some of us are foolishly wasting up to $20 a
month on Vitamin C. and another $100 a month on real
food (as close as we can get).
Just seems to me eating green leaves and rare meat and a
pound of Ascorbic Acid every
month is much more pleasant and less expensive than a
$90,000 heart bypass or a $55,000 colon cancer operation.
I have just resigned myself to praying for my friends who
put me down for suggesting that diet is life giving or life
taking.

Wow! This is so much better than what I set out to writ
that i declare Copyright 2001.

It is hard to edit this as my mouse has gone berserk!
Please forgive!

Lorenzo
