Over in South Africa, Biltong is a favourite- it's a dried meat like beef
jerky. They make it with beef and also with all the local game. You can get
Ostrich, Zebra etc. They're quite proficient at it. Your ex-South African
butchers will have it. Just find a few yahpies(ex- South Africans) or your
local yahpy suburb and have a look.

You may be able to get it by mail- Let the buyer beware- I don't know if
there are problems with parasites etc (eg In Australia, I'd never eat
kangaroo unless it was well cooked as some of them have toxoplamosis).

As for me, I like fresh Aussie beef and liver- it's all pasture fed.
