I seem to just say *&^% it for the rest of the day and tend to give in to
cravings and wants much easier for the rest of the day and decide to start
all over again tomorrow.  Of course, that is not the best idea and I am
working on this approach.  :-)

It is especially difficult when others in the house bring that junk in and
you have to stare at it.  I mean really, how can you expect me to ignore
perfectly good Ben and Jerrys in the freezer???
