"widely accepted" is political/religious, and is the bane of science.

Evolution is an attempt to explain why. It is hypothetical.

Paleo eating is about what to do. It is technical.

Neither does evolution of Man.

Au contraire.
I believe that it is better to eat as I do rather than as I did. This is
a result of observation of the experience of many others, and experiment
on myself.
Belief founded on fact works for health, belief found on
fancy/desire/wishful thinking/illusion/lies/damned lies/statistics is a
sin, and the wages of sin is death.

Me too.

Most doctors are ignorant at best, worst are liars.
If you use the search terms "iodine diabetes" and "iodine insulin
resistance" you shall see facts.

Disagree. Most people are fools.
Inevitable, as we are born into a world of lies.

No there isn't. Nutrition is fundamental.
Iodine is an essential nutrient. Fact.
There are iodine receptors in every cell of the human body. Fact.
Scientists have found that in state of iodine deficiency (~96% of us)
those receptors become full of poisons. Fact.
Adding the missing nutrient(s) to diet as the "iodine protocol" with
"salt pushes" removes those poisons and results in health even better
than that possible with only paleofood.
This has been the experience of so many that I guess that that is also
a fact.
