Dr. Mercola's website lists grass-fed meat and poultry
sources by state. Gunthorp's pastured pork is in Indiana.
They're the most reasonably-price mail-order, grass-fed meat
I've found. Jamison Farms has delectible lamb, including
organ meats, but it's very pricey. They make up for it in
low shipping fees. They're local to me, but they don't
invite folks to pick up. So I just get my country butcher,
who knows all the local farmers in this area, to find me a
lamb every month.
