I pretty much just enjoy the food. A few things I avoid, like bread,
but its a holiday! A lot of the food is ok anyway. Eat the turkey and
ham, fill up on cranberry sauce (ignoring the sugar). Just enjoy and
don't spoil the holiday by worrying about diet!
