Dear Barbara,

The only reason I don't like the jellied stuff is that I don't care for
the mouth-feel of it. It works the same.
I'd still recommend you drink a BIG glass of water or two after taking
the psyllium in any form. It needs the extra water to work properly.
The 3 Tablespoons once a day for 3 days is not something you need to do
except when you (me, actually) have forgotten to take it every day.
Or when you have a problem. I have finally discovered that I can forget
taking it every day and take 2 Tablespoons and lots of water when I need
it. It would be better every day, or most days, tho. owell.....

Aloha,
Jackie
