Dear John,

I got your message late, stored it in the fridge, it may have gotten some
moisture.

When Ray sent me a sample, his was a lot "runnier", the fat seemed clear and
runny. Mine looks less runny. The fat "stuck" to the meat when I poured it
on. So I am not sure if I did everything right.

I am now storing the pemmican in the fridge, is that ok?

Also, is a diet of pemmican only healthy?

My son likes it quite a bit. Still asked for more "snack" (juice, food)
even after two cups of it. I'm about to give up, no matter how much or what
I feed him, he is still hungry. I think it might be a habit, to get out of
work (speech therapy).
