Val,

I don't know where the 512 area code is, but I am in PA and I rarely pay more
than 1.89 for meat.  I buy what is on sale, and I stock up.  My local meat
market will sell me chicken wings at .99/lb if I buy 40 pounds at once.

My food budget has declined substantially since I quit buying the products of
agribusiness and I'm now buying food in its natural state.
