Actually, the article you are referring to is very similar, but different from
mine. According to the abstract I gave,

>consumption of the low-fat ad libitum diet was accompanied [...]
>by mean triglyceride levels and TC/HDL-C ratio that
>were not significantly different from values obtained at baseline.

i.e. there is no improvement of the ratio, but the triglyceride levels don't
worsen. What is interesting, though, is that
