Even better is http://used.addall.com, since half.com is just one of the
many used book sites searched by the addall site. But still no copies of
the Price book other than three new copies for about $57 each. It is
available in paperback--a friend of mine has a new paperback copy, but
I've seen no used copies for some reason.
