Thank you to everyone who responded for the info on
coconut milk.  I really don't like coconut, but really
found the dishes I made with the milk quite delicious.
 I think I will add it as a staple to my pantry.  I
will have to check and see if I had Thai brand or Thai
Kitchen.  I didn't realize they were different.
