It explains in detail -but you need to go up a high mountain where the air
pressure is low, water vapour pressure is low, and probably windy- if that's
OK by you e-mail me privately and I get it for you. I personally wouldn't
trust it for most paleofoods( as they tend have  short shelf lives due to
absence of preservative antinutrients). The technical name for freeze drying
is lyophilisation or lyophilization I recall- look it up at
www.metacrawler.com or www.dogpile.com  (my 2 favourite metasearch engines).
