Eggs are a wonderful source of several trace minerals  that are vital for
retinal health.  Atkins in Vitanutrient solution makes a compelling argument
for daily egg consumption as a preventative for macular degeneration.  (As
is Broccoli)

I personally don't worry about  the negative impact of egg consumption.  The
Eades in PP only advocate reduced yolk consumption for people whose BP etc
fails to normalize within the first fewe weeks of following the LC
intervention.
