One other thing about sesame seeds.  If you buy raw seeds, you
can roast them yourself briefly on a sheet of foil.  Then grind
them with some dried oregano and add olive oil to make a kind of
paste.  I don't know what this is called, but they use it in the
Middle East as a dip, and they say it is good for the heart.  I
don't know if this is true, but it tastes good on a bit of
celery.
