This came up in a search on "paleo" in publication date sort. This
book is free only today.

Going Paleo: A Quick Start Guide for the Paleo Diet by Amelia Simons

A quick look through the book finds a basic introduction that covers 
all bases. The author is a real person that actually wrote the book. 
It is also a promo for her various paleo recipe books.
