In a message dated 98-05-08 21:40:11 EDT, you write:

<< My calves/legs still ache >>

Mary,

I cannot tell you what is causing your calves to ache. Nor can I tell you
what to do about it. But i can tell you that i spent years stretching,
involved in a research institute where we associated tension in different
muscle groups with particular organs, and tension in the calves seemed to be
associated with two things: kidneys, and heart. and partially bladder and
liver, so actually that's four things ;) mostly, it seemed, it was the
kidneys.

I can speculate that it may be possible that you are consuming too much
protein for your kidneys to handle, in which case, if it were me, i would
experiment with taking a protein break for a while, and eating fruit, not a
lot of sweet ones, and drinking water, eating a lot of greens, but that is
what i would do first to in order to experiment. Give your kidneys a
rest...

Good luck,
I hope you figure it out,
I'll share something if I come across or think of anything else

Find whatever is best for you, you are unique...
