Thanks - would the same apply to green tea and white tea? I don't drink the
organic decaf every day.

This just relates to one piece of your very complicated puzzle, but I 
would recommend eliminating your coffee, even though it is only decaf. 
Decaf has enough caffeine in it to up-regulate your adenosine 
receptors and cause headaches, especially if you are extra sensitive 
to it. I find I have to avoid all caffeine containing or decaffeinated 
substances, including all forms of coffee, tea, and chocolate, to stay 
headache-free. Also, watch out for caffeine in medications and bottled 
drinks. This goes for lesser headaches as well as more severe cluster
