flax has never been used as a food crop. never. anyone try to contradict me
here? it has been grown for yonks to produce linen. and used in medicine as
a poultice or mucilaginous item to clean the intestines out.

it is neither paleo or neolithic but a cheap product which is now looking
for a use since it is no longer required in paint.

it is bizarre to say the least to use it to balance w3-w6 since you are
adding more w6 [20% of the oil content]; and the w6 in flax prevents the
desaturation of linolenic to the superunsaturated fatty acids.
it also has cyanogenic glucosides which acumulate over time. this may be
the cause of Richard's problems with logic.
