Are sunflower seeds considered paleo?

More importantly, are sunflower seeds considered healthy?

From the USDA data, I notice that sunflower seeds contain 32.63g of
linoleic acid (omega 6) and 0.07 g of linolenic acid (omega 3) per 100g,
giving the abysmal o3/o6 ratio of 1 to 466. This seems to me to be as
bad as or worse than soybean oil, which weighs in at 51g linoleic and
6.8g linolenic (ratio 1 to 7.5). And I'm sure we all mean to avoid
soybean oil.

Sesame seeds are about the same: 21.38g linoleic to 0.38g linolenic,
giving a ratio of 1 to 56. Are sesame seeds paleo? Are they good to eat?
