Tomorrow it is Midsummers Eve in Sweden, a celebration of summer.
We go out in the sunshine (or rain) and dance around a pole dressed with leaves and flowers. We sing ancient songs about frogs, musicians and judges! Then we go home to eat herring, chopped onions, boiled potatoes, boiled eggs and gräddfil (a bit like crème fraiche) with a snaps.
