This is a fantastic and timely discussion.  Thanks to Mark for bringing
it up!

The saddest thing to me is that my four kiddos, while mostly wanting to
resist, will be tempted by the devil and end up downing fudge and
pretzels and chocolate milk and cookies and lemon pie and...  Then we'll
be down at my folks house in San Antonio two days later to repeat the
cycle.  Then over to my brother in laws house two days later to repeat
again.  It's depressing.
