Erik,

What makes you pick these specifically as superfoods?  I have to say I 
love oily fish (mainly salmon and trout, but also mackerel and 
sardines) and prawns.  But I struggle to eat prawns because of the low 
fat content.  Crab makes me inflate like a balloon- no idea why.

I also love swede and parsnip- I can eat them raw but they are nicer 
cooked.  I never thought of them as super-food though.  I always 
thought leaves were more nutrient-dense.

And I like mushrooms, but I never considered them especially 
nutritious.  What's in them that's so good?
