I have seen an egg white powder in the baking section
of the grocery store. I've never used it, so I'm not
sure it's cost/gram of protein, but I assume it could
be added to a PPPB recipe.

I have seen a couple of "recipes" for home made bars
that use everything from peanut butter to dried milk.
I'm not really sure if they could be "paleo-ized".

My choice for a paleo protein bar - jerky :)
