What I am
interested in knowing is there someone who has been
eating paleo for a long time and has improvement with
food allergies/intolerance, or no improvement in these
areas despite following paleo.

Michael,

Most of us probably fit the bill. Eating paleo, I found myself to be intolerant to nightshades, legumes, grains, chocolate/coffee, and dairy in some forms. When I eat any of these offending foods I go through a myriad of symptoms. Raw throat, cough, achy body, lousy attitude, joint pain, lethargy, flu-like symptoms including headache. When I stay away from these foods I'm good to go. Oliva
