Neither is buying food from grocery stores.  If we're not naked
and hunting for our own food with sticks, cooking it (or not
cooking it) then eating it with our hands around a campfire, then
going to sleep under the stars or in a cave somewhere, we're not
really paleo, are we?  Where do we draw the line as to what is
acceptably "paleo" and what isn't?
