This week I've been at home all the time and reading. Right now I'm on four
different distance computer courses at once. And I've been eating a lot of
walnuts (in shell), and I mean a lot! I've never done it before. A while
ago I went to the bathroom and then when I was done I took a closer look in
the mirror and noticed that my nose problem had partly returned i.e. there
was tallow on its surface and the skin was a bit inflamed. It really
chocked me and for a moment I lost faith in paleo diet. But then I calmed
down. Maybe this weeks diet hasn't been very paleo? There's a lot of
polyunsaturated fat in walnuts, as far as I know. Maybe thats the cause? I
don't think the cause is that I've not had fresh air and exercise. I've
been sitting inside a lot during the past half year without problems. Or
maybe it's the phytic acid in walnuts. I don't know.

I indend to avoid walnuts for a while to see if the problem disappears like
it did when I started on paleo. In fact I've been sceptical to my nut
eating since the beginning. During the first two months or so on paleo my
skin changed to clean white. I had eaten a lot of meat and animal fat. Then
I started to eat nuts and my skin turned darker, but I didn't stop eating
nuts since I still felt good.

Any thoughts on this? Please!
