Mike - one man's medicine is another one's poison.

Just because ""they"" react a certain way to eating meat, it doesn't
mean that meat would not be good for you.

2 things that comes to mind.

1 - these people are type A blood
2 - if Os or Bs, due to their bad diet their body stopped producing the
enzyme PANCREATIN. Available in capsule form.

I'm interested in hearing from any former vegetarians on this one. As I
understand it,
vegetarians claim that on the rare occasions when they have eaten meat,
it has
made them sick
to their stomachs. They then use this as evidence of why vegetarianism
must be
a healthier way
of eating.

After going "back on" meat, did anyone here experience sickness of that
nature? If so, how long
did it last?
