Whatever your faith, whatever you feel about Christmas, you will recognize
that feasts - be they the European Christian harvest thanksgiving, the US
thanksgiving, Christmas, Shrove Tuesday, the summer solstice, coming of
age, wedding feasts or wakes - have had a place in all known cultures. It
would be extraordinary if Paleo cultures did not share this common thread.

Let's start making notes now - meal planning, shopping, negotiating among
family members to decide the menu of the special meal(s), the day itself -
successes and failures, sacrifices and triumphs, - and share them around
the Paleofood community, possibly as a Boxing Day task.

But even more importantly, have an enjoyable, safe, healthy and enriching
break from routine.

Keith
