My cholesterol on paleo when last tested was 168 and the bad fats were very
low. This is on a high fat diet! including lots of what the media call "bad"
fats like animal fats such as pork and beef fat.

My blood pressure yesterday was 106 over 60, again on a high fat paleo diet.
